My Story
Everyone has a story. Everyone needs connection.

At no point in my life have I not understood the profoundness of film and the power of storytelling, Growing up, my favorite thing was to go to work with my grandparents. Why? They owned a small-town country store in Goshen, AR where they rented out movies. While having access to hundreds of films, posters, memorabilia, and all the fun promotional swag was SO COOL, what fascinated me most were people's reactions to the films themself. How they took comfort in the movies, and would rent the same film again and again. I was never shy, nor afraid to ask why, and would often ask customers why they liked the films they frequently rented. Technically, the answers varied. Ultimately, however, they were the same. Good movies make us feel a sense of connection and comfort that only the magic of cinema can produce. They serve as a lifeline between generations, ideas, and open our hearts and minds to not only how the world could be, but how we can contribute to it to make the world more like it should be.

My turn to first-hand experience the significance of film came when I was four years old. My father passed away trying to save a friend from drowning. My grandfather, obsessed with filmmaking himself, recorded hours of home video of my dad, mother, brother, and me. Those tapes serve as my lifeline to my dad. They taught me more about him, allowed me to hear his voice, and showed how much he deeply loved my family. I was crying while watching when Grandpa asked one of the most important questions I've ever been asked: "Does watching this help?" I said "yes," and decided to become a filmmaker.

My career has seen me participating in productions across the united states of all sizes and in various capacities both in-front and behind the camera. In addition to artistic capabilities, I also know how to strategically take your project to the next level with a wholehearted approach, thanks to my sales and marketing background.
